A primary care and concierge medicine provider in Florida sought to enhance its online presence and generate high-value leads through organic search. The primary challenge was limited visibility in search results, low organic traffic, and minimal conversions from organic channels. The client needed a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve rankings for transactional keywords, drive more qualified traffic, and ultimately increase conversions.

Our comprehensive SEO strategy significantly boosted organic search visibility, traffic, and conversions. Organic search visits increased by 109% from September to December 2024, driven by targeted local keyword optimization. By Q4, organic traffic accounted for 25% of total website visits.
These efforts also led to significant gains in conversions—Q4 saw a 1,950% increase compared to September. Organic search was the top-performing channel, making up over 70% of all conversions. One of the most notable shifts came from phone call click conversions, which jumped from 0% in September to 69% of conversions by Q4.
Improved keyword rankings added to this momentum, with newly optimized terms climbing a combined 292 positions between September and December. Transactional search terms, such as “executive physical near me,” saw especially strong performance, jumping 99 spots to land in the second position in local search results.
Clicks and impressions also increased substantially. From Q3 to Q4, clicks rose by 33% and impressions by 59%. The click-through rate held steady at 2.63%, remaining above the national average.
